Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain words, what information this site collects, why, and what you can do about it. We follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Launch list: your first name, email, role, your consent and when you gave it, which part of the page you signed up from, and the page address. Sample week: the same details, plus a note that you asked for the sample. Team copies: your name, company, email, number of copies and your message. We also record which buttons are clicked and any campaign tags in the link you arrived from, so we know which parts of the page are useful. These clicks are not tied to your name.

The weekly test, the scoreboard demo and the practice sitting run only in your browser. Nothing you enter there is saved.

Why we collect it

To tell you when the OUTGROW workbook launches, to send you the sample week, to reply about team copies, and to send occasional notes. We only email you if you ticked the consent box.

How to unsubscribe

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your information. It is stored with our hosting provider and only used for the reasons above. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time.
